Dynamic Safety Consultants proudly serves locations within an 80-mile radius of our office at 2806 Rockefeller Ave, Everett, WA. This includes areas from Anacortes to Tacoma, ensuring accessibility for a broad range of clients.

Additional Costs
While we strive to accommodate our clients’ needs, the following scenarios may incur additional charges:

  • Ferry Travel: If your location requires ferry transportation for our instructors.
  • Toll Bridges: If your location necessitates crossing toll bridges.
  • 3rd Shift Timing: Classes scheduled during late-night or early-morning hours outside of standard operating times.

We are happy to provide a customized quote for these scenarios. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs and confirm any potential fees.

Refund Policy

We value your commitment to learning lifesaving skills and aim to provide flexibility while maintaining the quality of our training:

  • Full Refund:
    Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking will receive a 100% refund.
  • Partial Refund:
    Cancellations made up to 48 hours before class start will receive a 50% refund.
  • No Refunds:
    Cancellations made within 48 hours of class start are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy

Life happens, and we’re here to help! We offer the following options for rescheduling:

  1. Free Rescheduling within 48 Hours of Booking
    • Reschedule your class with no fees, regardless of how far away the class date is.
  2. Emergency Rescheduling
    • For emergencies within 24 hours of class start, contact us directly. While refunds may not be available, we’ll work with you to find a new class date.
  3. Flexible Credit Option
    • Can’t make your class? Apply the value of your canceled class as a credit toward any future class, valid for up to 6 months.
